1. Appointments and Bookings

  • All treatments require a prior booking, either online, by phone, or in person.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will also result in a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront for any future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the clinic schedule.

  • You will still be charged the full cost of your original treatment.

4. Consultations and Patch Testing

  • Some treatments require a consultation or patch test 24–48 hours in advance.

  • If not completed within the required time frame, your treatment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

5. Medical Conditions and Contraindications

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before undergoing any treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments based on health and safety concerns.

6. Minimum Age Requirement

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for advanced treatments.

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and age-appropriate treatments will be offered.

7. Payment

  • Full payment is due at the time of treatment.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and cash.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at time of booking.

8. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on completed treatments or purchased gift vouchers.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

9. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

10. Privacy Policy

  • All personal and medical information provided is treated as strictly confidential.

  • We comply with GDPR regulations and will never share your details with third parties without your consent.

11. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment or entry to the clinic for any inappropriate, disrespectful, or aggressive behaviour.
